You may return a product within 30 calendar days from the date you received it, without giving any reason and without costs other than the cost of sending the item back. To meet the deadline, simply dispatch the return before it expires.

Refunds are issued after we receive the returned item or proof of dispatch, using the original payment method unless you agree to a cost-free alternative.

Consumer responsibility for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

• direct cost of return shipping,
• no refund of any extra delivery upgrade beyond the cheapest standard option originally available.
